October 06 Disappointed with my team members.Lately, I felt very disappointed with my team members. All is out of my expectation. I remember last time when I was in SPEED, all are doing well and all treat people so good. All was being a so nice man. About my current team now, when I was asking the seniors, they just know to say "Go back and think!". Man, if I know how to solve why should I go to you! If I go to you means that after few rounds of research that I have gone through. Thus, few solutions has been proposed. What I need is just guidance or some question throw to me! Another problem that I have to mention here is never shout at at people when you are mad or crazy because of your task. I cannot imagine that he will shout at me. What the he**! I never shout at people in my working life and even does not scold at people at all. OMG~! Really disappointed with the team members! He is taking the course over there. He bought a 1GB pen drive there. He show me that it is having trojan or virus inside the pen drive and cannot be cleared. I found out that it cannot be opened when you double click on the drive on the windows explorer. You also will find out that that's a extra command "Auto" is in the context menu when you right click the drive icon. I guess it is the default command that take over the "Autoplay" command. It must be something change in the shell matter or in registry. By the way, we find out that RavMonE.exe weas running in the behind. I closed or terminate it immediately. Click here for the contest June 25 New approach AJAX for Web Apps.It seems like quite alot of web application moving to adapt AJAX into it. Thus, Microsoft also invest it. In fact, there are quite alot of web application are using this approach quite long time ago, such as Outlook Web Access and secretly my company's web application and also one of the company that I was being outsourced before. They did their architecture since year of 2000(if not mistaken). AJAX is not popular that time and nobody concern about the benefits that time. Actually, I was shocked when I was joining as a member to develop those web apps. I was shocked as this approach really bring some benefits to the user because they noneed to have long wait for the result even in saving and updating. But, the security for those type of apps must be straighten else the data will be a problem. Anyway, I am not more a web developer in company now already but some how I will still explore all of the web techs. April 28 Another Accident by younger BrotherOMG, I heard another bad new from family today afternoon. My mom called me and told me that my little brother was injured because of felt down from school bus. It is so sad an angry to hear that. What kind of bus driver is that? Won't he know that the bus or car only can move or rive away after the passenger go down and fully step on the floor? Come on~That's common sense. By the way, my little brother have really quite bad injure. He was blooding along the way go home and his hands and legs are injure too. Really a big incident! Anyway, my parents just gave him a warning today. But, if it is changed to me, I will sure let him published on the newsletter. April 25 Disappointed with people nowadaysI met an accident yesterday again. The car knocked my side door but the uncle refuse to admit his fault. Oh, my godness! Anyway, the scene is like this: He want to go over my car and that's another car stop at the junction and prepare to turn to right. And he wanna cut over my car and turn left. However, I am already in the way to turn left. I don't know why he was still keeping to turn left. At last, his car knocked my side door. Another thing that I want to mention here is, he always argues that his car go over my car. But, why his car still knock at my side door and why not my car knock on his car? Try to think logically, if his car really went over my car, then it should be my car knock on his door. What the h***! OMG, When that moment I want to get his phone no, he refuse to give and go up his car and drive away. I really disappointed with the peoples nowadays! Sigh~
