October 06 Disappointed with my team members.Lately, I felt very disappointed with my team members. All is out of my expectation. I remember last time when I was in SPEED, all are doing well and all treat people so good. All was being a so nice man. About my current team now, when I was asking the seniors, they just know to say "Go back and think!". Man, if I know how to solve why should I go to you! If I go to you means that after few rounds of research that I have gone through. Thus, few solutions has been proposed. What I need is just guidance or some question throw to me! Another problem that I have to mention here is never shout at at people when you are mad or crazy because of your task. I cannot imagine that he will shout at me. What the he**! I never shout at people in my working life and even does not scold at people at all. OMG~! Really disappointed with the team members!
